TO CLOSE FOR COMFORT

This morning I headed down to Terrigal on the NSW Central Coast, to continue my project on shooting the coast at dawn, I was lucky enough to get a lot closer to the ocean on this occasion as the tide was out and fairly calm, my first shot was easy enough but it was the crashing wave that nearly got me,  the one that made me run and think that was close but I hope I got it, I like the best, as it’s a bit like an impressionist painting. I love the explosion of the wave lit up by the rising sun behind and the sharp clear  piece of headland on the left of the horizon just to anchor your eye.

What do you think, does it work?
